AIVI has two point types: time points (learning points, used by the child) and traffic points (cloud service billing, parent side). “Reward 30 points” in everyday use always means time points.

Manually reward or deduct

Open Points
Settings → Points; in the web console Dashboard → Settings → Points.

Enter the amount and reason
Enter a positive number in Time points, pick a reason (chores / study progress / other / custom), then click Reward or Deduct.

Review the ledger
Click View time points records to review the rolling ledger with your child.
How children redeem time
- On the lock screen, tap Redeem time points to start.
- After redeeming, 1 point is deducted per minute; the PC locks again when points run out.
- Restarting the client clears the redemption flag, preventing free time from repeated reboots.
A recommended incentive design
- Set entertainment slots to Points-based so game time is fully paid for by studying.
- Start with a 1× multiplier (1 study minute = 1 point) and tune from there.
- Use reasons as positive records: chores, study progress, etc. — more educational than simply extending time.
